MIND |
- |
|
You need to be in a resourceful state
of mind. That means being relaxed confident and motivated. If you are feeling stressed or
lack belief in yourself, you won't learn well. |
|
2 |
|
ACQUIRE the information |
- |
|
You need to acquire and absorb the
information in the way best suited to your personal learning style. |

3 |
|
SEARCH the material |
- |
|
You need to fully explore the learning
material. There's a big difference between knowing something and truly understanding it. |

|
TRIGGER the memory |

|
You need to make sure that the subject
matter is locked into your long-term memory so it can be recalled when required. |

5 |
|
EXHIBIT (show you know) |
- |
|
You need to test your understanding of
what you've learned. One of the very best ways of proving it to yourself is by
demonstrating it to others. |
